Our adventure based school holiday programme; The Bush Sprouts holiday programme, is held at Battle Hill farm forest park; a special place with beautiful bush, streams, eels, firepits and an awesome rope swing! The focus is on having fun and a physical/emotional reset, while learning from and through nature. Leave your children in our experienced, professional care, to have the ultimate adventure!
Children aged 4.5-12 will have a great time exploring and learning from the bush with their siblings and new friends, getting to know Aotearoa’s native creatures, building bush shelters, playing in the stream, learning to make fire from scratch and cooking delicious food on the fire, creating from nature, feeding animals, playing in the awa and learning while challenging themselves.

Where: Battle Hill Farm Forest park; 610 Paekakariki Hill Rd, Pauatahanui. We meet in the big red woolshed classroom.
When: 28 september – 2 October 2026
Dropoff between 9 to 9.10am, pickup 3pm
Cost: $70 + GST per day, 5% discount for 4 days or more.
Bring: 2 pairs shoes (closed toe), 2 changes of clothing (non cotton preferred), warm fleece or wool top, rain jacket, swimming gear + towel, warm hat, BIG lunch and a big bottle of water.
Bookings usually sell out within a couple of days of advertising, so get in quick!
Booking and payment now happen on our booking page, so your child’s place is confirmed the moment payment comes through. You can pay by card, or by bank deposit if you would rather — bank deposits carry no fee, and they are our preferred method.
